Something to think about:

The Earth is 4.6 billion years old. Let’s scale that to 46 years.
We have been here for 4 hours. Our industrial revolution began 1 minute ago.
In that time, we have destroyed more than 50% of the world’s forests.

This isn’t sustainable.

“What’s the most fun you’ve ever had together?”
“Oh, we don’t know…”
“Well, what’s the hardest you’ve ever laughed together?”
“Now you listen here! I want you to write down these questions you’re asking us, pull them out when you’re 85 years old, and see if you can answer them yourself!”

Back on the Radar of the Day: Anthony Wiener Announces NYC Mayor Candidacy

Former New York congressman Anthony Weiner is back in public arena and he’s running for mayor of New York City. The 48-year-old Democrat made headlines two years ago when he was forced to resign after accidentally tweeting a sexually suggestive photograph of his bulging manhood to one of his Twitter followers in May of 2011. In his latest campaign ad released yesterday, Weiner addresses his scandal by acknowledging that he “made some big mistakes” but claims he’s the right man to fight for the city’s “middle class.” Let’s hope Mr. Weiner keeps it in his pants this time, or at least, learns how to send a direct message.
